Everything comes to one address: contact@cryptowallets.nz. We do not run a contact form, because a form is a database of your details we would rather not hold, and we do not operate social media accounts — if an account claims to be us, it is not.

Corrections

The most valuable email you can send. A price that has moved, a device that a New Zealand retailer now stocks, a regulatory change we have missed, or a factual error. Include a link to the source if you have one and we will check it against the primary material and correct the page. Our methodology explains how we verify.

Questions about a review

Happy to explain how a grade was arrived at, or why a particular device scored the way it did. What we cannot do is tell you what to buy for your circumstances, or what to hold — that would be financial advice, we are not licensed to give it, and our disclaimer sets out the limits.

Retailers and manufacturers

If you are a New Zealand retailer stocking hardware wallets and you are not mentioned on our buying guide, tell us — local availability is a genuine gap in the market and 15% of our grade. We will list you if we can verify authorised-reseller status where relevant. What we will not do is accept payment for placement, adjust a grade, or publish supplied copy.
